UPDATED NBAFL PLAYERS PAY AND BENEFITS

All Players in the NBAFL will be paid and will receive the basic League Mandated Player Package (LMPP) which includes the following: ​

• TEAM HOUSING DURING THE SEASON ​

• ALL DRAFTED PLAYERS WILL RECEIVE THE BASE TRAINING CAMP SALARY OF R$1,000.00 BRL ($200.00 USD) PER WEEK AND UNDRAFTED PLAYERS WILL BE PAID R$500.00 ($100.00 USD) PER WEEK​

• DAILY PER DIEM R$35.00 BRL PER PAYMENT (TRAINING CAMP AND GAMES)​

• TEAM PHYSICAL TRAINING CENTER ​

• TEAM MEDICAL​

• TEAM TRAVEL​

SALARY RANGES (ALL SALARIES ARE CALCULATED IN BRAZILIAN REAL (brl)​

The NBAFL Player Salary can range for a Regular Season Game from is Maximum R$25,000.00 brl ($5,000.00 USD) to a Minimum R$7,500.00 brl ($1,500.00 USD), Players are paid the following Tuesday following a regular season game. ​

Practice Squad Players (Limited to Brazilian Players) and International Development Players (Limited to foreign players) Will Receive the League Minimum of R$5,000.00 brl ($1,000.00 USD) per Game and Practice Squad Players will receive an additional Game Salary Minimum of R$1,500.00 brl ($300.00 USD) when Placed on the Active Play 37 Man Game Roster.​

A Drafted Player is not guaranteed a Roster Position nor does being Drafted High mean the highest salary. Teams will use training camps to assess players and their contracts. On APRIL 1 OF THE NEW SEASON, teams will Contract Players and Register their official 43 Man Rooster and 37 Man Game Rooster and 6 Man Practice squad. ​

AT THE END OF THE SEASON TEAMS CAN REWARD PLAYERS EXTENDED MULTI-YEAR CONTRACTS PLAYERS i.e. FRANCHISED OR WILL BE WAIVERED BY THE CONTRACTED TEAM AT SEASONED END IF RELEASED BY TEAM THEY BECOMING A FREE AGENT.​
